Zucchini Bake Recipe Halltste

Zucchini Bake

• 4-5 medium zucchini, grated 
• 1 c. Bisquick 
• 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated 
• 2 eggs, beaten 
• Salt and pepper 
• Oregano

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, stirring well.  Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake to about 45 minutes.
