Bebek Suwar-suwir

Special menu in Kraton Yogyakarta like a continental steak. Duck breast cooking with partly steamed in "Kedondong" Concentrate served with fried pineapple, sliced "Kedondong" fruits and kedondong sauce.

Variation Beef tongue steak in mushroom sauce, served with "Kentang Ongklok" ( granulate buttered steam potato ) and "Serces" (mixed chopped vegetable in dressing milk, Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX favorite's vegetable dishes).
