Meat dishes from Kraton Yogyakarta

Lombok Kethok 
Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX favorite's dish ( boiled and stewed beef sliced chili ).

Sayur Klenyer 
Authentic dish made from Beef & "Mlinjo skin" with coconut spicy. Special Dish created by Sultan HB IX.

Lontong Kikil 
Java spicy soup ( made from meat, skin beef leg ) served with steam rice wrapped in banana leaf. One of the GKR Hemas favorite menu.

Gecok Ganem 
Authentic menu from Kraton Yogyakarta. Cropped meat ball in light coconut stew. The favorite dish oh Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX ( 1940-1988 ).

Gecok Kambing 
Stewed Lamb in spicy taste with sour carambola, sliced green tomato.

Dendeng Ragi 
Fried sliced beef, sowed grated coconut. Often served for Sri Sultan HB III.

Paru Ragi.
variation dish of Sri Sultan HB IX. Partly steamed & fried o beef lung with sowed fried grated coconut.

Sanggar
Authentic grilled menu at Kraton Yogyakarta. The favorite dish rom Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono VII. Made of sliced beef in spicy flavour. Grilled with coconut milk and clipped with three bamboo blade.
