Dilled Zucchini Recipe Halltaste

Dilled Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil 
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 4 c. zucchini, cut into 
  • 1/2-inch slices 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Dill
In a large skillet, heat oil.  Cook onion and garlic until onion is soft.  Add zucchini.  Sprinkle salt, pepper, and dill on top.  Cover and cook until zucchini is barely tender.
